1 lb  fresh green beans
2 tsp  Butter, unsalted
1 tbsp  stoneground mustard
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Steam or microwave green beans until crisp-tender. Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat; stir in mustard. Toss beans in mixture to coat. Season and serve immediately.
