1 tbsp  chili powder
1 tsp  brown sugar
1 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/4 tsp  salt
  1. In a small bowl, stir together the spices. Rub spice mixture evenly over pork (not included in nutrition facts), coating the entire surface. Cook pork as desired, or cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes to several hours to boost flavors.
