2 tbsp  fresh lemon peel
0.3333 cup  garlic cloves, chopped
0.3333 cup  fresh rosemary
0 1/4 cup  fresh sage
0 1/4 cup  black pepper
1 tbsp  salt
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until garlic, herbs, and lemon zest are chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly combined. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup, enough for 2 pork roasts.
