4 each  boneless pork chops
2 tbsp  maple syrup
0 1/2 cup  Marmalade, orange
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
2 tsp  vegetable oil
1 each  medium onions
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
  1. In small mixing bowl, stir together syrup, marmalade, and ginger.
  2. Heat oil in 12-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown on both sides. Turn heat to low.
  3. Cover chops with marmalade sauce, onion, and pepper slices. Cover and simmer for 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chops reach medium doneness.
