2 each  Mango, fresh, whole
1 each  Chile Peppers, jalapeno, whole
0 1/4 each  red onion
4 tbsp  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 pinch  salt
  1. Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve cold or at room temperature. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
