Ingredients Directions
  1. Place roast in shallow pan, coat with marmalade and place in preheated 325 degree F oven.
  2. Roast until meat thermometer reads 155-160 degrees F.
  3. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with mandarin oranges.
