1 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
0 1/4 cup  Marmalade, orange
1 tsp  horseradish
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  cornstarch
10 oz  mandarin oranges, canned, with juice, drained
  1. Slice tenderloin crosswise into eight pieces. Flatten slightly.
  2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork for about one minute per side.
  3. Stir together remaining ingredients except mandarin oranges.
  4. Add sauce to skillet; cook and stir until thickened. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Remove to serving platter, garnish with mandarin oranges.
