4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
1 each  raw egg yolks
2 tbsp  white wine
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
2 tbsp  fresh chopped green onion

0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper

Directions
  1. In bowl stir together egg yolk, wine, and soy sauce. Add chopped mushrooms, green onion, parsley, thyme, and pepper; mix well.
