1 1/2 lb  boneless pork loin
2 tsp  vegetable oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/2 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 tbsp  chili powder
2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
29 oz  Tomatoes, stewed, unsalted, canned
15 oz  Beans, pinto, unsalted, fat free, canned
  1. Heat oil in 4-quart saucepan over medium high heat. Saute pork, garlic, onion and green pepper for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in seasonings, tomatoes and beans. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
