1 each  Jicama, fresh, medium
2 each  medium oranges
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
1 pinch  fresh cilantro
  1. In a shallow bowl, arrange jicama and orange pieces.
  2. Stir together sugar, salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl. Drizzle oil and vinegar over salad mixture; garnish with cilantro and serve.
