4 each  sirloin pork chop
2 tbsp  brown sugar
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  ground cloves
Directions
  1. Pat pork chops dry with paper towel; stir together remaining ingredients in small bowl and rub chops on both sides with seasoning mixture.
  2. Grill chops over medium-hot coals, turning once, about 10-12 minutes.
