4 each  sirloin pork chop
1 pinch  salt and pepper
6 tbsp  honey
2 tbsp  hot pepper sauce
Directions
  1. Prepare medium-hot fire in kettle-style grill. In a small bowl, stir together honey and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Season chops with salt and pepper and grill over direct heat, turning and basting with honey-pepper sauce mixture, until chops are nicely browned, about 8-10 minutes.
