4 each  boneless pork chops
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  honey
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  cooking sherry
2 each  medium garlic cloves
  1. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chops in self-sealling plastic bag. Refrigerate 4-24 hours.
  2. Prepare covered grill medium-hot coals. Remove chops from marinade (discard marinade). Grill chops over direct heat 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
