4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
1 1/2 cup  apple cider
0 1/4 cup  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  honey
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops and mix well.
  2. Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally.
  3. Remove pork chops from marinade, discarding any leftover marinade.
  4. Place on grill approximately 6 inches over medium coals. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning once.
