1 lb  ground pork
0 1/2 lb  Pork, ham, whole, lean, raw
0 3/4 cup  whole milk
1 each  eggs
0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
1 tbsp  quick cooking tapioca
0 1/2 tsp  horseradish
0 1/2 cup  Ketchup
2 tbsp  brown sugar
1 tbsp  Worcestershire sauce
Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients (except ketchup, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce) with hands until well blended.
  2. Place mixture in loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees F. for 1 hour.
  3. Sauce: In small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour Sauce over Ham Loaf and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with Sauce. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan. Slice to serve.
