3 lb  Pork, roast, top loin, raw
4 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  black pepper
4 tbsp  mustard seed
  1. Spread mustard over pork roast and sprinkle with pepper. Place mustard seed in a shallow pan; roll roast in seed to coat evenly.
  2. Grill over indirect heat in a covered grill until meat thermometer reads 155 degrees F., about 45 minutes-1 hour. Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.
