4 each  boneless pork chops
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  minced onion
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  light soy sauce
1 each  honey
  1. Combine all ingredients in a self sealing, plastic bag. Seal bag and place in refrigerator 5 to 24 hours. Remove chops from marinade (discard remaining marinade).
  2. Grill over medium hot coals until nicely browned, turning as necessary, for about 10 to 12 minutes.
