1 lb  snow peas
2 tsp  vegetable oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  fresh ginger root
2 tbsp  cooking sherry
  1. Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender. Toss with sherry.
