Ingredients

4 each  boneless pork chops
1 tsp  vegetable oil
8 oz  Preserves, plum
2 tsp  ground ginger
3 tbsp  cider vinegar
Directions
  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brown chops on one side, turn.
  2. Stir together remaining ingredients and add to skillet.
  3. Cover skillet, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes.
