1 lb  Pork, tenderloin, lean, raw
1 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 cup  sliced white onion
1 cup  red bell peppers, sliced
10 oz  Corn, baby, white, kernel, frozen
1 each  Okra, frozen, 10oz package
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 pinch  tabasco sauce
  1. In small bowl stir together thyme, salt and pepper, and pork. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add pork and garlic, and stir fry 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is tender. Add onion, red pepper, and corn and stir fry for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in okra, parsley and hot pepper sauce, and heat through.
