1 lb  boneless pork loin
1 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp  orange juice
1 tbsp  ground coriander
0 1/2 tsp  ground turmeric
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground ginger
Directions
  1. In medium bowl, stir together yogurt, orange juice and seasonings; add pork to bowl and stir to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
  2. Remove pork from marinade, shaking cubes gently to remove excess marinade. Discard remaining marinade.
  3. Skewer pork evenly on skewers. Grill over medium hot fire, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes, until nicely browned.
