0.6667 cup  long grain white rice
0 1/2 tsp  cumin seeds
2 tsp  salted butter
1 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. In medium saucepan sauté rice and cumin seed in butter until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add water and salt, bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 12-15 minutes.
