1 3/4 lb  top round steak, lean

0.6667 cup  frozen orange juice concentrate
0 1/2 cup  tequila, 80 proof
0.3333 cup  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  fresh ginger root
2 tbsp  olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  oregano leaves
1 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)

Orange Salsa
2 each  medium oranges
1 each  red onion
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
  1. Combine marinade ingredients in medium bowl. Place beef steak and marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Remove steak; discard marinade. Place steak on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning occasionally. Carve into thin slices. Serve with orange salsa.
  3. Cook's Tip: To broil, place steak on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 17 to 18 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once.
  4. Orange Salsa: Combine all salsa ingredients in non-metallic bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
