1 cup  roasted lean ham, diced
3 tbsp  Sauce, barbecue, hot & spicy
1 each  whole wheat lavosh
0 1/2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
0 1/2 each  medium red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped green onion
1 1/2 cup  Cheese, mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0.3333 cup  hoisin sauce
2 tbsp  Sauce, plum
1 tbsp  Peanut Butter, creamy
0 1/2 tsp  crushed garlic
0 1/4 tsp  fresh ginger root
  1. In small bowl stir together hoisin sauce, plum sauce, peanut butter, garlic and ginger root.
  2. Place pork and barbecue sauce in self sealing plastic bag, seal and turn several times to coat.
  3. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  4. Place pizza shell on baking sheet. Spread with Oriental Sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  5. Top with pork mixture, mushrooms, red pepper, green onions, and cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with cilantro.
