Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. In 1-cup glass measure, combine oil and garlic; microwave on HIGH 30 seconds.
  2. Lightly brush top side of each bread slice with oil mixture; arrange on 2 baking sheets. Bake in preheated oven 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown.
  3. Layer equal amounts of beef, red peppers, and cheese over toasted bread. Return to oven; bake an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
