0 1/2 lb  boneless pork loin
1 tsp  vegetable oil
1 cup  sliced carrots
8 oz  potatoes, fresh, medium
2 tbsp  Soup Dip & Recipe Mix, onion, dry
2 tbsp  sugar
1 pinch  black pepper
4 cup  cold water
28 oz  canned, crushed tomatoes
0 1/4 tsp  ground oregano
1 pinch  hot pepper sauce
  1. Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown pork, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover and cook gently for 30 to 45 minutes.
