0 1/2 cup  cider vinegar
0 1/4 cup  vegetable oil
1 tsp  salt
1 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  black pepper
15 oz  canned black beans
10 oz  frozen sweet corn kernels
0 1/2 cup  chopped red bell peppers
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
  1. In large bowl stir together all ingredients, mix well. Garnish with chopped bell pepper and cilantro.
  2. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
