Ingredients

4 each  boneless pork chops
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  coriander seeds
1 tbsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  brown sugar
3 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
  2. Place chops in a shallow dish and pour marinade over, let marinate 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare medium hot coals in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade, and grill chops for 7-8 minutes, turning once.
  4. Or broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat source 7 to 8 minutes, turning once.
