1 tsp  unsalted butter
3 tbsp  low fat cream cheese
0 1/2 cup  fresh blueberries
1 piece  lavash (flax, oat bran, whole wheat)
  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325°F. Wrap lavash in foil. Place on center oven rack for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from foil.
  3. In small bowl, mash blueberries with fork.
  4. On warmed lavash, spread, butter, cream cheese, and top with mashed blueberries.
  5. Slice in half, and roll into two portions. Secure with toothpicks.
  6. Replace on foil, heat 5 minutes in oven.
