4 cup  romaine lettuce
2 each  large tomato
1 cup  canned pinto beans
1 each  Squash, chayote, fresh, 5 3/4"
3 each  scallions
0 1/2 cup  frozen sweet corn kernels
1 cup  salsa
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
2 tsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
Directions
  1. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, beans, chayote, scallions, and corn in a large glass casserole or a straight sided salad bowl.
  2. In small bowl, mix salsa, sour cream, lime juice and cumin. Spoon over layered salad.
