6 oz  silken tofu
1 each  medium avocadoes
1 each  fresh tomatoes
0 1/4 each  red onion
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
3 pinch  tabasco sauce
  1. Mash the tofu and avocado in a small bowl with a fork until creamy.
  2. Stir in the tomato, red onion, lemon juice, cilantro, salt, cumin, and Tabasco before serving.
