1 tsp  olive oil
6 each  fresh plum tomatoes
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
  1. Heat oil and add tomatoes to a medium nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat covered.
  2. Add garlic to tomatoes and cook for 15-20 seconds until brown. Stir in 1/4 cup water and vinegar and cook, basting tomatoes constantly, 3 minutes, until liquid has evaporated.
  3. Serve at room temperature.
