1 1/2 oz  crumbled blue cheese
0 1/4 tsp  ground sage leaves
0 1/4 each  medium garlic cloves
2 each  medium pears
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
  1. Combine cheese, sage, and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Cut pears in half; brush cut side of each pear half with lemon juice just before serving.
  3. Fill each half with an equal amount of cheese mixture.
