4 each  whole loin lean pork chops
1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  ground allspice
0.125 tsp  ground cloves
1 tsp  Mustard, prepared, original English, Colman's
1 lb  Peaches, slices, with peach juice, canned
  1. Combine paprika, flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of chops.
  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Brown chops about 3 minutes per side, remove from skillet.
  3. Add peaches and mustard to pan, cook and stir, scraping up any brown bits from surface of pan.
  4. Return chops to pan, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
