2 each  medium cucumber
0 1/4 cup  fresh dill weed
0 1/4 cup  mayonnaise
2 tbsp  capers
2 each  fresh lemons
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
12 oz  Fish, tuna, light, unsalted, canned, with water, drained
4 each  fresh tomatoes
  1. In a medium bowl, place tuna and flake with a fork. Mix in the cucumbers, capers, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper.
  2. Cut each tomato into 6 attached wedges, being careful not to cut all the way through, spoon 1/4 of tuna mixture into each tomato and serve.
