4 each  fresh carrots
2 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  butter
1 tsp  sugar
0 1/2 tsp  salt
Directions
  1. Add all of the ingredients into a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
  2. Lower heat, cover, and simmer until carrots are tender, about 3-4 minutes, stir often.
