0 1/2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 each  medium onions
0 1/4 cup  Vinegar, red wine
1 pinch  chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tbsp  adobo fresco sauce
4 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0 1/4 tsp  Salt Substitute, no sodium
32 oz  whole loin lean pork chops
  1. Puree the orange peel, onion, vinegar, chipotle chile, adobo, and garlic in a food processor or blender.
  2. Place mixture into a large plastic bag with a zip top, add in the orange and lime juices, the salt, and the pork chops. Seal bag, pushing out air as you do, and turn to coat well.
  3. Let sit for 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator. Preheat grill.
  4. Remove pork chops from marinade and place marinade into a small pot, set aside.
  5. Place pork chops onto preheated grill. Cover and grill until lightly browned on the outside and slightly pink on the inside, about 6 to 8 minutes per side.
  6. In the meantime, bring the saved marinade to a boil over high heat and boil for 2 minutes, serve drizzled onto chops.
