5 1/2 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
4 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  ground thyme
3 cup  fresh broccoli florets
1 each  whole wheat fusilli pasta
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat stock, garlic, and thyme to boiling.
  2. Stir in broccoli and fusilli. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until broccoli is tender and pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes.
