1 1/2 cup  fresh raspberries
1 1/2 cup  fresh strawberries
1 1/2 cup  cold water
0 3/4 cup  red wine
3 tbsp  sugar
0 1/2 cup  half & half
4 tbsp  sour cream
0 1/4 cup  fresh blueberries
1 oz  fresh mint
  1. In large saucepan, heat raspberries, strawberries, water, wine, and sugar to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until berries are tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. In a food processor or blender, purée berries mixture. Strain mixture, discarding seeds.
  3. Add half-and-half and mix. Refrigerate until chilled.
  4. To serve, ladle soup into individual serving bowls. Top with 1 tablespoon each of sour cream and blueberries. Garnish with mint.
