0 1/2 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 oz  honey
Directions
  1. In a blender or food processor, process cantaloupe, orange, and lemon juice and milk until smooth.
  2. Sweeten to taste with honey.
