1 cup  canola oil
2 cup  Plaintain, ripe, Puerto Rican, fried
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees F in a large saucepan.
  2. Fry plantains until golden on both sides; drain well on paper toweling.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and serve hot.
