1 each  Jicama, fresh, medium
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 pinch  salt
1 1/2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
  1. Prepare jicama by removing outer brown layer, including fibrous white layer just under the skin.
  2. Cut into strips.
  3. On large serving plate, arrange jicama slices.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with salt, lime juice and cilantro. Serve.
