4 oz  fat free cream cheese
2 oz  goat cheese
0 1/2 each  whole jalapeno pepper
0 1/2 tsp  dried marjoram
0 1/2 tsp  fresh thyme
0.125 tsp  white pepper
8 each  whole wheat tortillas
1 each  butter flavored cooking spray

0 1/2 cup  fresh diced pineapple
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 1/2 cup  Papaya, fresh, cubes
0 1/4 cup  low sodium canned black beans
0 1/4 cup  Cucumber, with skin, fresh, slices
0 1/2 tsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0 1/4 cup  orange juice
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
2 tsp  sugar
  1. In a medium-size bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, jalapeno, herbs, and white pepper.
  2. Spread 3 tablespoons mixture on each of 4 tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas.
  3. Cook 1 quesadilla in lightly greased skillet on medium to medium-low heat until browned on the bottom, 2 to 3 minutes. Spray top of quesadilla with cooking spray; turn and cook until browned on the bottom. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut quesadillas into wedges; serve warm with Tropical Fruit Salsa.
  4. To make Tropical Fruit Salsa: Combine all remaining ingredients in bowl and toss.
