0 1/4 cup  sliced white onion
0.3333 cup  dried cranberries
0.3333 cup  pistachios
0.3333 cup  Preserves, apricot
0.3333 cup  orange juice
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
  1. In a medium skillet, lightly greased, saute onion 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add cranberries, pistachios, preserves, and orange juice. Cook over medium heat until mixture is thickened, but spoonable. Cool.
  3. Place cream cheese on serving plate and spoon cranberry mixture over. Serve with bread or crackers.
