0 1/2 cup  Cherries, tart, montmorency, dried
1 cup  Jam, cherry
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
0 1/2 cup  minced onion
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
2 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. Stir together cherries, cherry jam, vinegar, onion, salt, jalapeno, cilantro and black pepper.
  2. Refrigerate overnight and serve with grilled pork chops.
