15 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
4 oz  cream cheese
0.3333 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp  minced garlic
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
2 tbsp  canned black olives
2 tbsp  chopped red bell peppers
Directions
  1. In a food processor add artichokes, cheeses, mayonnaise, and garlic and process until smooth.
  2. Stir in parsley; season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend. Spoon into crock and garnish with olives and red peppers.
