1 tsp  fresh lemon peel
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
24 oz  fresh broccoli florets
1 tbsp  unsalted butter
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0.125 tsp  black pepper
  1. In a 5 or 6 quart pot add about 3/4 inch of water. Place a steamer basket, about 11 inches in diameter, into the pot and bring water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Place broccoli into steamer basket, cover and steam until crisp yet tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Place steamed broccoli into a large serving bowl and add in the remaining ingredients, toss well to coat, and serve.
