0 1/2 cup  orange juice
0 1/4 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  cooking sherry
0 1/2 cup  Cherries, tart, montmorency, dried
2 tsp  grated orange peel
1 cup  Jelly, currant
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 cup  minced onion
1 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
  1. In medium saucepan, combine orange juice, water, cooking sherry, cherries and grated orange peel. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in jelly, lemon juice, mustard, onion, pepper and salt, cover and refrigerate until serving. Makes about 2 cups.
