15 oz  canned black beans
0 1/4 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
3 tbsp  tahini
3 each  medium garlic cloves
2 1/2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp  soy sauce
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 each  Chips, pita, garlic & herb
  1. Using a food processor, process beans, broth, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and soy sauce until smooth. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
  2. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavors to blend.
  3. Serve with pita chips.
