15 oz  canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), unsalted
3 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  orange juice
2 tsp  soy sauce
1 tsp  dijon mustard
0 1/2 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
2 tsp  grated orange peel
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  white pepper
16 oz  Chips, pita, original
  1. In a food processor, process chick peas, garlic, orange juice, soy sauce, mustard, curry powder, and ginger until smooth. Stir in orange zest.
  2. Season to taste with salt and white pepper.
  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).
